Sarah's perspective on property has been shaped by experience across multiple sides of the industry - as a buyer, investor, property owner, seller and property manager.
This experience informs a straightforward approach to real estate: understand the client, understand the property and understand the market. Sarah founded Octave with the belief that property deserves better advice and better service.
Buying, selling or managing an asset can represent a significant financial decision, and clients deserve clear information, honest market insight and advice that considers more than simply completing the next transaction.
Her approach is considered and direct. She takes the time to understand each client's objectives, assess the property and market properly, and provide practical advice based on the circumstances at hand.
Sarah works with a particular focus on Brisbane inner city market and residential property, connecting clients with opportunities across the market. Through Octave, Sarah takes a long-term view of the client relationship supporting clients through buying, managing, reviewing, selling and reinvesting as their property needs evolve.
James Lavercombe
legal & commercial advisor
James brings more than 15+ years of legal experience to Octave Realty, with a practice spanning business and commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency, and building and construction law.
His legal background brings a commercial and risk-focused perspective to the property environment, with particular insight into the contractual, financial and legal considerations that can arise across property transactions and ownership.
James approaches complex matters with careful analysis and commercial pragmatism, complementing Octave's property expertise with a strong understanding of the legal and commercial issues that sit behind property decisions.
His involvement reflects an important part of Octave's approach: property should be considered not only for its potential, but also in the context of its obligations, risks and long-term position.
